  • Not all orders will be entitled to 100% refund.

We hereby notify you that these policies are subject to occasional changes, which, will be made live on the website as soon as they have been formulated.

  • When the customer indulges in acquiring our services, we assume that the customer agrees to our policies.
  • Customers are requested to submit all essential guidelines at the time of placing the order. Once an order is delivered as per the initial guidelines, the company cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies, if you missed out in providing instructions to us at the time of placing the order.
  • In case if we fail to meet the guidelines and instructions initially, we offer the feature of unlimited revisions.
  • No additional work will be entertained during revision session, which was not a part of the original specification and instructions.
  • All additional work requested by the client will be charged.
  • Charges for the additional work depends on the nature, urgency and number of words or paper length.
  • Revision of the order of 250 to 5,000 words can be requested by the customer within 15 days from the time the order is delivered to the customer.
  • After 15 days from the time the order is delivered all requested revisions will be separately billed.
  • Revision of the order of 5,000 words and more can be requested by the customer within 30 days from the time the order is delivered to the customer.
  • After 30 days from the time the order is delivered, all requested revisions will be separately billed.
  • No revision will be delivered on Sundays and Holidays.
  • Revision of the order with a deadline of 24 hours shall be delivered to the customer within 8 to 12 hours, from the time the request for revision is made.
  • Revision of the order with a deadline of 48 hours shall be delivered to the customer within 24 hours, from the time the request for revision is made.
  • Order with 5,000 words to 9,750 words requires three days for revision.
  • Order with 10,000 words and above requires five days for revision.

Refund Policy

  • Refund will only be issued to students after they provided authentic proof(s).
  • Refunds will not be furnished after 30 days of order delivery.
  • All orders claiming for a refund will be investigated thoroughly. This process may take 30 days.
  • We here like to may clear that the amount of refund is solely decided by the owner of the company. The amount varies depending amount the number of services you have availed including revisions and rewrite.
  • The company will not process refunds for orders that were placed 48 hours and less deadline.
